It's a bittersweet day in the MillSuck! studio as we send off one of our absolute best friends and co-host, Christian Barrix. As his band Spirit Board rockets off into future stardom, the demands of the podcast have to be put on hold for him but we wanted to take the time to show him the love and support he deserves in the best way we know how. So we sat down to discuss our own mental heath, 80's bands, the January 6th Committee, the Cincinnati Music Festival and a few truths about the creative life.
